PJ ClearView Transformation is led by Pam Jenkins, an experienced senior operator with a strong track record of delivering results across complex, high-pressure environments.

Pam works at senior levels across catering, hospitality and soft FM, holding accountability for large-scale contracts, client relationships and operational performance.
